Rooms boast air‑conditioning, private bathrooms with bidets, city views, work desks, and free WiFi. Guests enjoy a terrace, paid shuttle, and multilingual reception. Nearby, the Colosseum, Piazza Navona, and Spanish Steps are within easy reach.

The air‑conditioner worked perfectly at 40 °C, and everything else was present. The bathroom wasn’t perfectly clean, but otherwise it was fine.

The location is central yet secluded. It’s tidy and neat but not luxurious. Breakfast is only available at a nearby café bar, with good coffee and croissants. The elevator is spacious and a friendly doorman is available during the day. It would have been useful to have an extra key, the TV didn’t work, and the beds were quite hard.

Breakfast came as a 5‑euro voucher that we had to top up daily, and the place was in a superb spot, yet the bathroom was cramped and the coffee was weak.
