Super Hotel O Lotus

“There was no Hotel with that name in which I booked my Room, so, there is nothing to sum up.”

There is no reason to rate this property. When I booked the hotel it appeared to be 250 meter from Sector 9 Metro Railway Station, Dwarka, Delhi, but the hotel only exists on Google Maps and not in reality. When I called the owner at the number provided during booking, they said the booking was for a location in Madhya Pradesh and they could transfer it to Gurgaon. The situation was very chaotic. Everything!

That hotel isn’t the one that appears on Google Maps, so I decided not to stay there.

“Totally pachattatic Hospital very bad to stay the bats and the room totally unhygienic”

The pictures shown were fake and didn’t match the real hotel or rooms. They charged double the advertised price: they listed Rs. 454 for a non‑AC room and Rs. 854 for an AC room, but actually took 800 rupees. The TV was broken, the bathroom smelled awful, and after 8:00 p.m. no staff were available to fix any issues.
