The check‑in should be earlier without extra charge or in line with any agreement with the guest; if an additional fee is applied, the guest should be able to adjust their schedule to fit their preferences.

Overall, staying at this hotel was great; I’ll definitely return to Rio Verde and recommend it widely. The breakfast was amazing, the staff were friendly, and the food was a wonderful experience. Huge thanks to Noé, who welcomed us on arrival. Nothing was lacking—every detail was perfect.
