The mountain view is stunning, and the bed is comfortable with ample space. However, finding the site is a challenge: there are no signs from the main road and the path is hard to navigate in a standard car. The young woman handling reception and breakfast speaks no English and insists on speaking Balinese even when you clearly don’t understand, so arranging transport or tours through her is impossible. Additionally, the rooms lack basic amenities: a mirror, a second power outlet (so you must choose between a fan or your charger), a wardrobe, a shelf, or at least a hook for clothes. The bathroom trash was not emptied upon arrival, leaving only a day's worth of toilet paper, and the bedroom door doesn’t close from the inside. The equipment list on Booking is inaccurate: there is no hairdryer (though it’s not essential) and no Wi‑Fi.

Very comfortable, with breathtaking sunrise views, friendly staff, and breakfast delivered to the cabin each morning – great value. The area is sparse, and the windows are a bit dirty.
