The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean with no issues; however, the hotel advertised being closer to Alton Towers, yet it was actually about 5 miles further out, and the breakfast was a bit of a let‑down—small plates made it hard to fit a kid’s small breakfast on the same plate.

The location for me. The staff very helpful and professional al. Room were a bit cramped and basic. The mattress was uncomfortable and pillows were terrible. The cost of snacks were daylight robbery. 1 small snicker, 1 small twix and a bag of haribo came to £8:25. While the breakfast was adequate it was not hot and not very well cooked

Miles at reception was so friendly and helpful Really made the arrival good for me as I had a long day. My duvet had a stain and also my towel had a stain The room had a damp smell as well

Location friendly staff. Fruit was frozen at breakfast. Toasters are old and inefficient. Corridor doors should be secured with restricted access. Anyone could wander around the hotel
