We stayed on the very day the hotel changed ownership, never received room keys and were escorted to our room; it was clean and comfortable but felt awkward without keys, there were no phones to call front desk, no hand soap or hair dryer so I had to go to the front desk, wasting time for the room price, and a taxi driver warned me to be careful walking around the neighborhood.
