Location, easy parking. I had to fight with the manager because I booked a room for four people and they gave me one for three; the solution offered was that I pay for another room. She told me that the photo shows two beds and that the problem was mine. I had to insist a lot to make her see that I booked and paid for a room for four people, that it could have two double beds and thus fit four people, but there was one double bed (not very large) and one single, so we didn’t fit. Finally, in not very nice manners she agreed to give us another room (far away from the first). The hostel has no elevator and the stairs to access are back‑sliding, very long and steep, which is not very accessible for older people, strollers or simply carrying luggage. The paid room smelled like pipe, the air conditioner didn’t cool and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. The cleaning lady told us the problem was the cafeteria below, which has a cockroach infestation. For the odors they had an electric device, but it was worn out, so it didn’t help; in the end I had to open the window, get hot because the air didn’t cool even with the window closed, and on 19 August we had a lot of heat with the window open and the fear that more cockroaches would come.

I found the room small but cozy, with a very comfortable bed and pillows, and everything was spotless.

I have nothing much to say, except that the curtain bar kept falling whenever you touched it and the coat rack was broken; otherwise, not much else.
