Good evening, the accommodation did not meet my expectations. There were 3 windows and none could be opened. The stay did not match the real photos. We have a child with a disability. We lost 140 € that were not refunded. The lady told us we’d get a refund in 10‑14 working days, but nothing arrived. Huge disappointment! Your site let me down.

Everything was just perfect - the room was spotless, the staff were friendly, and the location was ideal. I had no complaints whatsoever.

The price was great and the cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, but there was one major issue - the room on the top floor wasn't as clean as the others. Still, it was a good value overall.

The location was convenient, the room was clean, and that was about it. Unfortunately, it was freezing cold in December and the breakfast was a bit of a letdown - just one small portion to choose from. And to top it all off, the price was way too high.
