The room was dirty, with plenty of hair, trash behind the doors, and unclean mirrors. The TV didn’t work, and when I tried to call reception via the app the phone didn’t work either. I was told it would be fixed the next day, but when I returned that night the TV was still broken. They moved me to another room, but the TV expansion still didn’t work; at least the new room had an antenna for local TV. In the first room the phone to call reception also didn’t work.

The location was fine. The TV channels didn’t work, and I was charged more than the rate I booked with Boocking.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The reception was terrible; I arrived 30 minutes before check‑in and was told they couldn’t give me the room, but I felt scolded. Offering guests a seat, a coffee, and a place to wait costs nothing. I was traveling alone and was charged a two‑person rate because they said it was the same.
