The staff were very friendly and helped in any way they could, and the owner was quick to assist when we had a problem; the breakfast was nice and plentiful. You need a motorbike to get to town, but the hotel easily arranges a rental, and they also organize pick‑up from the airport. Everything else was fine.

The accommodation is very good, though a bit far from Labuan Bajo. Finding a driver to take you to the center is harder than expected, and Grab only works with motorbikes in the city. The breakfast is excellent!

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We overslept on the last day and they packed our pancakes, which we loved, for the trip. Overall highly recommended!

The personnel are very kind and helpful, and the entire property is impeccably clean and well maintained. The only thing that could bother you is the nearby gas station, where cars and scooters queue up in the morning and make some noise, but the hotel has no control over that.
