Everything was great, no complaints. I read many reviews before booking and it was hard to choose, but we chose Riad and got it right. The photos are real, and the staff is very friendly. Comfortable and quiet for rest. A bit away from the centre—central square is a 20‑minute walk, but it’s worth it for the peace.

Warm welcome, comfort, cleanliness, location, pre‑arrival explanations, breakfast, 24‑hour reception service. The cleaning staff sometimes leaves the door and windows open, but no major issues. Safe.

The location of Riad Heklek is spot on; Kasbah is a lovely neighborhood close to many sights. Inside it’s wonderfully quiet and the riad is beautifully decorated. The owners and Mohamed are very friendly and eager to help with anything. The only thing I missed was a place to sit outside.

Super séjour au Riad Heklek. Un très bon accueil de Stéphanie et Patrice avec un très bon petit déjeuner à notre arrivée ;) Un programme au top organisé par Stéphanie pour découvrir Marrakech dans les meilleures conditions. Vous y trouverez le meilleur thé à la menthe de Marrakech préparé par Patrice!!! Merci encore à tous les deux
