The pool was open and spotless, and the staff were genuinely friendly; the housekeepers did an excellent job. Thanks, Comfort Inn Miami – you’re a diamond in the rough and I’ll book again. I can’t find anything to complain about.

The place was very clean and the staff were good.

The room felt old and wasn’t clean enough, and the ice maker worked only half the time.

The bed was comfortable, but there was only one grab bar in the shower that wasn’t in a convenient spot; more grab bars would be better in a regular room when handicap rooms aren’t available.

The lady who checked us out in the morning listened to me respectfully, but the bathroom was dirty – the floor and shower were filthy with broken tiles, hair was behind the door and the floor was sticky. I had to clean a sticky ring on the desktop with a wet paper towel we had. The hallway carpet and elevator hadn’t been vacuumed in days.
