The people were very comfortable and friendly, 10/10, though the internet signal was a bit weak, but that was minimal.

The location was close to my destination, the room‑service and buffet food were fine, and the room size was adequate, but the mattresses on one side were expired and we couldn’t sleep on that side because we literally fell to the floor.

Unfortunately, nothing good; the hotel’s maintenance was poor, the air conditioning didn’t cool, the room cards kept disconnecting each time you tried to enter, the safes were unusable, the breakfast was terrible with items left to dry or with flies, I even found a cockroach in the restaurant, and the coffee machine didn’t work.
