Location, rooms, and staff. We visited the place in early October, it had no heating or wood for the fireplace, and the A/C wouldn’t work unless the card was inserted into the specific slot to receive power. So we took the key out of there so we could leave and have the card inserted when we returned to find it warm.

We stayed in the suite, which alone makes me recommend the place overall—sunny, airy, with a jacuzzi in the right spot, two TVs (one in the lounge, one in the bedroom), a very comfortable bed with pillows and a duvet, a large bathroom with a spacious shower, a lounge with sofas that let you watch the lake directly, excellent espresso coffee, and one night we got pizza and pasta when we were hungry; in the morning there was a generous breakfast buffet and stepping outside you were lost in the lake view; I hope we can return in winter. The only thing we really missed was a TV with Netflix.
