Everything was fine, nothing to complain about.

I liked the location. The apartment was quiet, the room faced the street, and since the window was open most of the time we had peace. The proximity to the underground and bus stop was a big plus. Also, one of the most comfortable beds and pillows ever! We slept great. I assume the hotel was not at full capacity because some issues in the room that were not in order would have been noticed earlier and might not have ruined our stay. The dishwasher didn’t work. The thermostat was broken. Reception staff immediately notified maintenance and offered a replacement room. They reacted well, and the shortcomings were fixed the next day.

The spot was great and the staff were friendly, but everything else was fine.

The location, parking under the hotel, three supermarkets, restaurants, and a bakery all below the hotel—no need to leave—and close to the metro and train stations, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the studio system works well for families. We arrived at night after a very long drive from Milan, found the reception desk staffed by a Turkish woman who was in her last shift and extremely racist, threatening to evict us and call the police because we requested two adjacent rooms with a door between them; she shouted at us, frightened our children, and refused to talk to us, insisting she would only speak to my little daughter. In the end she offered us a chocolate gift, which we ignored. After moving to separate rooms—despite having small children—she treated us poorly. The next morning we went to reception, told another staff member what happened, and asked to review the hotel cameras; she was shocked and told the manager, who apologized profusely, saying she had no right to threaten us or call the police. He then moved us to two adjacent rooms with a door. We have been loyal customers at all their branches for years, recommending them to many friends with high ratings, but this Turkish staff member’s extreme racism made us feel that Arab tourists might survive only if they avoid Turkey, yet unfortunately they find such staff in hotels, restaurants, and malls in other countries practicing the same racism against Arabs without reason.

Everything was beautiful and wonderful at the hotel. (Paid parking 20 euros per day after hotel discount). The hotel is very safe and quiet. The staff are very helpful. The room has everything you need. Nothing disappointed me.
