“They didnt provide a dekuxe room and never refunded”

Nothing. We came for Deluxe studio, but got the bad room for animal without toilet & shower, with insects in the bad, this was separate from the main building property. We asked, whats this, cause we booked a deluxe room with a bath tub, toilet inside, and received the answer: "we are fully booked, we have only "this" room available". They were not able to answer my question, why they didnt withdraw their property if they are fully booked. We didnt stay in this property despite it was night and we were with a baby, we went to the other hotel, but they still didnt refund us. And was returning me an error when i tried to cancel facility. Then i wrote to support 2 days ago and still didnt receive any answer. So, be careful. Everything. Close to the airport. The building is oddly constructed and suspicious, the room’s display case never closed properly, the air conditioner was unusually hot and stifling, there was no hot water, and it didn’t feel clean enough.

Close to the airport. The staff were very friendly. We were shocked by the bad reviews we had read. The steep stairs leading to the rooms were intimidating. The towels smelled bad, the curtains were torn and didn’t block the doors, there was no ventilation so the rooms smelled damp, and the air conditioning barely worked. Even though the rooms were on high floors, geckos were roaming around. The rooms were not clean; there was mold on the mattress under the sheets. The rooms were very cheap, but the standard was extremely poor. If someone likes a simple but clean place, I don’t recommend it.

I would only book this place for a day trip! The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The price‑quality ratio is good, and the staff will take you to the airport for 200 bath! The staff’s English isn’t great, but they were definitely friendly.
