“残念です。”

I was really impressed with the breakfast rice - it was incredibly delicious. However, things started off on the wrong foot when I was initially given a room that was right next to a noisy neighbor. I could hear their conversations clearly, and it made it impossible for me to relax. Thankfully, the staff were helpful and switched me to a different room on the opposite side, which made a huge difference.

“心暖まる懐かしさ。”

The owner was incredibly polite and helpful, which made a big difference. The onsen and dinner were absolutely fantastic, some of the best I've had in Japan. Unfortunately, there's not much to complain about, but that's a good thing. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The dinner was good, but the facilities were old and the bath was especially cold, so I never felt like taking a soak in the morning.

“A gem from the past”

I was really impressed by the guy at the front desk when I checked in - he went above and beyond to help me out, even with a language barrier. The dinner they served in my room was top-notch, and the room itself was a great size. However, things took a bit of a turn when I tried to figure out where breakfast was being served - it was a bit of a miscommunication, but the staff sorted it out quickly.

The food here was seriously delicious, but unfortunately, the hot spring wasn't working the day before I arrived, so I couldn't use it. Luckily, the hotel gave me a free voucher to use the hot spring at a nearby hotel, and they even offered a shuttle service, which was a nice touch.
