Getting into the apartment was smooth, the spot is convenient, and the owner gave great customer care; Helena’s local spot suggestions around the flat were really useful. The AC would have been better, but the fan worked fine.

Parking on the street was always available. The terrace was nice, spacious, and the washing machine was handy. All the cooking gear was there. The flat was very clean, probably the cleanest I’ve seen. Big kudos to the cleaning crew. The hosts were friendly and quick to reply. The photos were very realistic. The door hinges were weak, so I walked limping for 6 days. I hit my head hard once (on the second‑to‑last day). At 170 cm the height is okay, but at 190 cm it’s a bit low. The double bed was only 140 cm wide, which felt tight for us. It would have helped if it were 160 cm. Otherwise it was very comfortable. Because of those two flaws I won’t come back.

The location was close to the old town center, and although the street was a challenge, there were parking spots available. The city is hard to park in and the hills are impressive. I didn’t meet the owner in person, but she stayed in touch via messages. The flat is a basement unit, dark, with small high windows.

Everything we needed was in the apartment. The owner was very helpful, and using the upstairs terrace with a beautiful view was great for evenings and sunsets.
