“Horrible”
The WORST HOTEL ever. It was disgusting, the towels were dirty, bugs everywhere, and it smelled like shit.

I liked the facilities and how comfortable everything was, but they told me tea and coffee were complimentary and then ended up charging me.

The location was convenient and there were cafés, a gym, Oxxos, and restaurants nearby, though the elevator had to be serviced one day, but nothing serious.

The price was good, close to the city center with plenty of shops and eateries, cheap and tasty places like the market and stalls, and a laundromat next to the hotel; Cecy at reception was very friendly and empathetic, yet I never had a strong internet signal, the phone line kept dropping, which made booking difficult, the blankets were old and torn, and the receptionist could have been friendlier.

I appreciated how close the self‑service store entrances were, but the front‑desk staff, especially during my check‑in, had a poor attitude, the bathroom was dirty with hair on the floor and in the shower, and the parking lot was too small.
