The view is good. The room was old, poorly maintained, and had a stale smell; the bed was too small for two people.

The accommodation is well‑situated, just a 15‑minute walk from Villa Balbienello, and there’s free parking 100 m away. However, it’s hard to locate, tucked at the end of a dead‑end street, offers only a distant lake view, and there’s no shared kitchen.

Sandra was an excellent host. A booking error caused a problem with my reservation, but Sandra managed to secure accommodation for me and acted like a true hostess. The room and bathrooms were spotless, and as a bonus she’s an artist, so her works are displayed throughout the property, giving the place a special touch. I recommend it 100 % and it offers stunning lake views.
I highly recommend this place; it’s hard to find anything better in Italy.
The view from the window is gorgeous, there’s coffee and a fridge, everything is simply wonderful.
