“This is one of those places that massively exceeds your expectations..!!”
WOWO !! The rooms are gorgeous, beautifully decorated with antiques, curios, art, and books, and they are enormous – it feels more like living in your own apartment. We stayed in Angel, which also has its own outdoor terrace. Breakfast was insane – homemade, plentiful, organic, delicious, and made with love, possibly the best breakfast I have ever had at any hotel (or anywhere else for that matter!!) And the host Lydia is simply wonderful, she really spoiled us and gave us lots of recommendations for the city… Do not be fooled into booking a place closer to the centre; this is a 20 min walk (and a lovely walk at that) and only 6 min from KMSKA – the best art gallery in Antwerp – but this is not just a hotel, it is a home from home. Nothing, zero – everything was perfect!! – I just wish I could have stayed longer.
