We had to handle an issue with the room number and guests, and from the property and reception (special mention to Miss Tania, who was helpful and exquisite) all our problems were resolved. An example of how to treat customers as people beyond the economic transaction. The bathroom was a bit small, the door didn’t open fully and it was all a bit narrow.

Comfortable room, very good bed. Staff available, friendly and efficient. Hotel well located near the historic centre. A 4* of human scale, very pleasant. The breakfast is very good for Italy. The only thing: the shower cabin is very cramped.

Modern and clean hotel, varied breakfast and a small but perfect pool, but the mattress was saggy.

Staff was very friendly. Let me check in much earlier. I assume because I was off season, but checking in at 1pm instead of 4pm was awesome so I can offload my luggage and explore. Ample parking and short walk to walled city. No complaints
