As soon as I lay down on the bed, I started feeling some bites literally within an hour. At first, I thought they were mosquitoes, but during the night the bites became extremely itchy. In the morning, I noticed even more bites, and they definitely weren’t from mosquitoes. They were incredibly itchy and painful, and everything was badly swollen. I used some special ointments, and eventually it all went away, but it took 5 days. If it weren’t for this issue, overall it’s a pretty decent place for the price
The price was excellent and the location was decent, but Mojave has changed—there are many travelers along the way and some people stay long‑term. The owners were nice, the other guests kept to themselves, the rooms were cool, the TV selection was good, the mini‑fridge and microwave worked, and the water pressure was fine. I’d stay here again.
The place was clean and comfortable, though it isn't in the most convenient spot, but you can get to the city center without much trouble.

The staff were genuinely nice, the rooms had everything needed, the beds were clean and comfortable, the Wi‑Fi was fast, the AC worked well, and the shower was nice. The building is old and the fixtures are just “good enough”—the power strip is screwed to the wall and the bedside lamps only light up if you fiddle with them just right. The shower was still great, but overall the place feels old and hasn’t been renovated much, just kept functional.
