My wife and I stayed in a suite and we loved it! Everything was clean, pleasant, and beautifully designed. The jacuzzi was indulgent and we really enjoyed soaking in it! We’ll definitely come back :)

I didn’t like it. The hotel door wouldn’t open; we had to keep calling someone to open it each time. The experience was shocking and we won’t return.

We had no hot water at all, received no response to the issue, and in the middle of the night someone entered without permission, opened the door, and claimed we had ordered drinks.
