The property provides free WiFi, luggage storage, a safety deposit box, a terrace, and an on‑site bar. Nearby Kenchodori and Saidaijicho stations, Kurashiki, Naoshima, and Okayama Airport are easily reachable.

The spot was okay, but the space was small, dirty, and the soundproofing was terrible.

The hotel sits inside a shopping street, so shopping and dining nearby were convenient, and the bus stop was very close, making access to all directions easy. However, the wooden construction and layout caused several noise issues: the building’s overall sound insulation was low, and my room’s position—adjacent to the space on the floor above and the shared area—meant that the upstairs guests’ movements and the door slams of the shared shower and toilet echoed loudly even at night. The lounge’s front-facing layout, with the women‑only entrance right in front of it, felt impractical; during my stay, a group of three Japanese men stayed in the lounge all night, dragging chairs and talking loudly, which echoed repeatedly. The women‑only space should be quieter and more secluded, but with the shared area in front, its purpose was diluted. It would be appreciated if the management improved the layout and enforced nighttime rules (such as limiting shared space usage) for safety and peace.

The location was good and comfortable, and the staff were reasonable. It seemed busier than before, so the cleaning was not as thorough as when I stayed previously.

I stayed in the city center, so walking out for late meals was convenient. The hotel is a renovated old building, but the room I stayed in was still mostly old. The shared shower area has been updated, yet overall the place feels unclean. Given the price, maybe I should just accept it.
