The location was fine. The gate was closed, forcing us to walk a long way on foot to get to the car, and when we asked, they said the gate wasn’t ours.

The night‑shift receptionist was the only decent person at this hotel; he deserves a promotion. The daytime staff were 100 % rude, rushed, impatient, and made us feel unwelcome. The night security was the worst, speaking in a completely rude and disrespectful manner – he should be fired. The breakfast is a no‑go; you’ll get food poisoning, trust me.
