“It's the worst place....This place was so dirty and small cockroaches were roaming on the bed.”
The place was filthy, with cockroaches crawling on the bed. The bedsheet was riddled with holes and appeared burnt. I couldn’t stay more than 10 minutes. The room was decorated with colored balloons, a request I never made.
The stay was utterly unhygienic; I would never recommend it. No complimentary breakfast was offered, which is very disappointing. The receptionist behaved rudely and unprofessionally. They cleaned the floor with a towel and then handed us that same towel to use, which is extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. They also gave us a room with a broken key, claiming “Nothing will happen here,” and persuaded us to keep the door open all day, showing a careless attitude toward guest safety. The room did not match the pictures at all; the actual condition was very poor and misleading. I’m so frustrated that I don’t even want to give it a 1‑star rating—if there were a minus rating option, I’d choose that. This was a horrible experience, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place.

I was left disappointed by the substandard service and the staff’s extreme rudeness, and their policies were very non‑accommodating. The AC barely worked on the second day, and the location didn’t even let visitors in, which was a real hassle for a work trip. They delayed the accommodation because they didn’t book it even after I sent the confirmation email. The cherry on top was that the photos were misleading; the rooms were poorly maintained and the hygiene was questionable.
