24/8/24 data che non dimenticherò facilmente, perché svegliarsi la mattina e trovare formiche ovunque non è commentabile ma, lo faccio solo perché spero facciano una disinfestazione!!! la titolare non aveva scritto NON PORTATE NIENTE DA MANGIARE. Sapeva anche che sarei arrivato con mio fratello e 2 genitori 90enni. Grazie a gente di Cepagatti, abbiamo dormito con un ventilatore, altrimenti avremmo dormito in un sauna. ok no frigo e no condizionatore ma, un ventilatore. votazione per l'esperienza 1

Madam was a very responsive person and helped me with the issue by calling local services. The room is intended only for sleeping; you can’t take food in because there are no spoons or forks. In the evening there were many mosquitoes and ants in the room, it was very stuffy, no fan or air conditioning… you have to sleep with the window open. The water in the bathroom drips very weakly.

We spent one night here and felt the place was cute and well set up. The room was roomy with fairly comfortable beds, and the bathroom was huge with a lovely tub. The owner was polite and helpful, but we ran into serious water issues: the supply stopped in the evening and only returned late the next morning, making even a simple task like washing our faces difficult. Without air‑conditioning and in the middle of summer, the only fan we had broke after a few minutes, leaving us sleepless. It wasn’t the host’s fault, though it would have helped if the water problems had been flagged earlier so we could plan.

The room was very spacious and nicely furnished, clean, with a very comfortable bed and a quiet location. The owner was extremely kind, giving me a file that explained where to park and how to check in on my own. We did miss a towel for one person, and the bathroom was outside the room, shared with other rooms through a common hallway.
