The location is very good, but before check‑in the staff left nuts in the room and didn’t warn that this service was paid. At checkout the bill for the nuts was 1044 BDT. I ordered water for 100 BDT and gave 200 BDT; the staff who delivered the water said they would return 100 BDT but disappeared. In the restaurant they cook very well, but the bill is presented as they like. The hotel is barely a three.

The airport is super close, perfect for guests arriving early in the morning. The shuttle service is great and the price is very reasonable. Dinner at the hotel was tasty, with the chef’s Thai soup being delicious and the stir‑fry noodles a real treat.
