The hotel was filthy, had a strange odor, and the manager Scott was really rude and unprofessional; when we checked the couch, it had mold.

Kennedy, the front‑desk clerk, was a very nice and respectful young man who made sure we got the right accommodations for our reservation, and I’m grateful for that; it’s my second year staying here, so I’ll consider it again on my next visit. There was a mix‑up with my reservation from April, but Kennedy handled it.
