Rooms include tea/coffee makers, hypoallergenic bedding, walk‑in showers, minibars, and balconies with city views. Situated 7‑minute walk from Naples Cathedral and 18 minutes from Maschio Angioino, with easy airport access.

The location is good for train and sea station access and not too far from the historic center. The apartment is fairly large with a practical kitchenette. The building is pretty nice, and the 10‑stop elevator works well (the three stone floors are pretty high with luggage). Cleaning is done daily by a kind lady. The breakfast is mediocre, even terrible, and is in a “café” right next to Corso Umberto, with awful car noise at 3 meters. Especially don’t take breakfast if you’re renting here—this is what I recommend against. The lighting in the apartment (with a good kitchenette) is horrible (gloomy ceiling fixtures), there are almost no bedside lamps (you can’t read in bed), and the hallway light is unbearable. We had to buy lamps to light ourselves at night. The sofa is a 50‑year‑old couch with a broken armrest. The wallpaper is kitschy. Electrical wires hang from the walls in the living room and bathroom (danger!). Reception is minimal, handled by someone we never saw again. The Airbnb experience is seriously inflated compared to this. The reception and apartment really do not match the price of 2000 € for 11 nights, which is a very, very bad value. ABSOLUTELY AVOID. Factory/residence (5 or 6 rooms?) to make money without charm or conviviality.

The location was great.

The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the cleanliness was good. The double windows kept it quiet. The staff were always ready to help with any request. The breakfast was basic from the bar, the shower needs improvement, but overall everything is acceptable.

I was disappointed because the room I got was nothing like the photos on Booking; the description was completely misleading.
