Great location. Good breakfast with a wide selection. Plenty of activities for kids and adults. A wonderful bonus was the evening gatherings. We were here for the first time and will definitely return.

The new outdoor pool is clean, with comfy loungers, a tidy changing room and a toilet nearby. The luxurious, well‑maintained grounds and landscaped park let you rent bicycles, shoot a bow, or play billiards. Breakfast has a decent variety, but unfortunately the selection runs out quickly. 1. Pool area: the pool unfortunately isn’t heated, which is a problem given the complex is in the mountains surrounded by forest; nights are cold and the pool simply doesn’t warm up, so the water is just icy. Also, if you come to the pool around noon, be prepared for the fact that the staff who would hand out towels by card will be absent (due to lunch break); the complex isn’t small, so why can’t someone cover for another? The waiters don’t know the restaurant menu or prices, and they seem clueless about what’s on the menu and what isn’t. 2. Rooms: we were in a relatively new room, but the shower cabin was moldy, there were stains on the bedside table, and somehow the room had no TV remote. We called reception to report it and to ask for a remote, but the staff didn’t react at all, as if it was normal, like someone had just forgotten a remote. 3. Restaurant Holodna Foriel and prices: the staff act as if you’ve come to their home and are demanding something (waiter Serhiy). Prices don’t match the quality of the food, especially since there are no alternatives nearby. We saw soup without greens or carrots, a lot of vermicelli and 3 pieces of dry breast for 260 UAH, lemonade for 320… the carbonara lacks bacon as it should, and is more like a “bujeni” dish. 4. Spa: the spa is basically trash! How can you call it a spa (pool and 1 hamam that doesn’t function as a hamam)? Near the pool were wet napkins, even though there were no people at all! That surprised us, but then we understood why nobody was there. The water had no chlorine smell, as it should in pools, which means it wasn’t cleaned at all. The water was yellow‑green and smelled like swamp, and it was impossible to convey that smell in the hamam.

A lovely forest resort ideal for families, with a huge grounds and plenty of activities. The park is immaculate, though we missed trail markings and wandered a bit. Among the restaurants, Hungry Trout stood out – same prices but tastier. Breakfasts were nice, and on weekends they served prosecco. The staff were welcoming and genuinely eager to help; I was especially impressed by how quickly and efficiently they handled an emergency late at night, transporting our child with a broken finger to a hospital in Pereschin and back, while driver Roman arranged doctors – many thanks to him. Prices are fairly high, but the experience justifies them; it’s easier to arrive by car, though a shuttle is available. Our room matched the photos but wasn’t entirely comfortable, lacking a wardrobe for our belongings and a dryer for towels and swimwear. The door lock was broken (fixed the next day) and the TV didn’t work. I would have liked heated pools and had higher expectations for the art club.
