The receptionist was friendly and the air conditioning worked well, yet the room wasn’t clean, only one old towel was given for three days, the TV looked like a 1950s first‑colour model, and there was a weird smell on the patio.

Everyone at the resort was friendly and helpful, and they promised to pick me up from the airport but never showed up; there is an airport shuttle, but I wouldn’t rely on it. Besides that, the place was nice, transportation was good, the resort was safe, and the biggest thing I noticed was that there was no musty smell—definitely a good price for an ideal stay.

The room offered a great view, was close to the beach, and was spacious, but when I arrived the room and bed linens weren’t clean, so I had to ask for a cleaning; ants were everywhere, even on the bed, and I found two cockroaches in the toilet.

The outdoor setting was calm, close to the sea, and the pool was nice, but the room and bathroom were in bad condition.
