“Very friendly staff, fantastic breakfast, really good location, however renovations/updates needed.”

The breakfast and location were fantastic. The front desk was manned by a young guy named Adrian (or Ardian, I can’t recall) who was great—friendly and always ready to help. Whenever I asked for something, it was delivered almost instantly; I asked for an iron and got one within minutes, and when I requested a taxi, it arrived in about 20 minutes. However, the hotel could use some updates: the bathroom door wouldn’t close fully (very annoying), the bathroom itself needed renovation (rust on the tiles), the carpet was old, and the couches were worn with tears in the cushions. Amazona also hosts wedding and engagement parties that go on until 1:00 am or 2:00 am, so if you’re trying to sleep, the music and outside noise can be disruptive.

The outdoor facilities were good, but the place was dirty, the air conditioning didn't work, and the electrical system was generally faulty.

“Everything was perfect – we booked 13 rooms, every room was spotless, the breakfast was excellent, and a huge thank you”

Our stay at Hotel Amazona in Pristina could not have been better. We reserved 13 rooms and each one arrived spotless, comfortable and well‑equipped. Everything functioned without a hitch, showing the hotel’s pride in its standards. Breakfast each morning was excellent, offering a wide selection of fresh food. What truly set the experience apart was the staff’s exceptional hospitality; everyone was warm, professional and eager to help. Special thanks go to Ardian, Shpetim, Avni and Arton for their remarkable service, constantly ensuring everything was perfect for our group. We strongly recommend Hotel Amazona to anyone visiting Pristina and will certainly book again. Thanks for making our trip so enjoyable!

The breakfast was superb—fresh, varied and tasty. A huge thanks to Ardian and Argnit, who looked after us all the time and seemed to read our minds. Their friendly demeanor, flawless service and great language skills made the visit unforgettable. We can fully recommend this hotel and are grateful to the whole team, especially Ardian and Argnit. God willing we’ll return for another wonderful stay.
