The price/quality ratio is good, there are many shops nearby, a currency exchange, and the sea. The staff are pleasant, lift queues are short, the pool is comfortable and always works. The only downside is that there’s no place to dry clothes; the hotel has no dryers in the rooms.

I checked in late without any problems. On the 29th floor, the view of the mountains is beautiful, and the bed is very comfortable. There is a slight sewage smell in the toilet, but that seems to be common in Batumi.

The shower leaks, the air conditioner blows directly onto the balcony, the TV is small and not working, and the lights don’t all turn on. There was no soap, shampoo, or pillow; the blanket had to be requested. The water dispenser didn’t fill, and the tea, sugar, and coffee were completely missing.
