This was one of the best stays in Karaikal, worth staying as a family because the rooms are spacious and comfy. The staff were responsive and overall it was a good experience. Parking is limited because the hotel is on the main road, but there are no other flaws.

The rooms were really roomy, and the restaurant was excellent, especially the fresh juice. The owner's son was very hospitable and friendly, giving us plenty of tips for visiting Karaikal. The hotel could use some renovation and better corridor lighting to improve the first impression.

The property sits just a short walk from the Town Bus Station and is well connected to other parts of town. The room matched the pictures and was spacious, and the staff were accommodating. However, the room was not properly maintained; it was closed off without ventilation, so when we first opened it there was a damp smell. After running the A/C and letting air circulate, it improved, but the property should use air fresheners before guests arrive.

Nothing to recommend; please avoid this hotel. There’s no breakfast, TV channels won’t come on, and the receptionist had to struggle to reset the channel. The rooms were clean but the bed wasn’t, and for this rate in the town the hotel offers no amenities.
