Quality in Rome sits in central Rome, just 900 m from the Trevi Fountain, Colosseum and Termini Station. Rooms feature air‑conditioning, flat‑screen TV with DVD player, free Wi‑Fi, and a kettle with tea, plus private bathrooms with showers and complimentary toiletries. The Repubblica Metro stop, 700 m away, provides quick access to the Spanish Steps and St Peter’s Square.

Bed, location. The air conditioning was weak, the shower leaked but the vertical adjustment worked.

The location and the friendliness of the reception staff were top. They gave us a map, pointed out key sights, and sent us photos of the entrance and needed info before we arrived. The lift is there, the area is quiet, and there’s a small shop and a pharmacy right next door and opposite. Everything was fine; we just got a bit confused at first because the façade isn’t a typical hotel front.

The spot is great for walking to the center, Termini, and the Colosseum area. The room is roomy and the beds are very comfortable. Service was excellent, and even though there isn’t a 24‑hour front desk, they’re quick to help with any problem.

The whole experience was great: the reception staff were friendly, the facilities were good, the location was spot on, and the room was super comfortable and spacious. The cleaning was flawless and the spot in the city was excellent, so I’d definitely come back. One thing that could use improvement is the check‑in communication; we arrived a bit late and that made getting in a little tricky.
