Breakfast was a nightmare – I had to request something to eat, there were no eggs, only one slice of bread, no cups for the waffle mix, and all six cereal options were empty. The bathroom was dirty, the floor wasn’t swept, and the room itself was unclean.

Breakfast was okay, but the fan in the bathroom didn’t work, and neither did the fans in Rapid City and Estherville.

The bed was good and the breakfast was decent, but the second floor has no elevator, my wife had trouble with stairs, the ice machine and phone broke, and the AC sounded like a washing machine.
