“The worse motel I have stayed at and the owner is dishonest when she said I would be refunded”

The place fails to meet basic health and safety standards and should be shut down; the conditions were appalling, and I have photos to prove it. Why is this motel still allowed to operate? The unit had no ventilation, only one heater, and it was the coldest night I’ve ever spent in a room. The interior paint was peeling, curtains barely covered dirty windows, the shower wall was coming off, and the basin had smoke burns—photos show it. We booked two nights but refused to stay another because the photo I saw when booking looked nothing like the unit we received—false advertising. The owner shrugged, “what do you expect…we’re not a 5‑star place,” but I expected comfort. How can they still be a motel? Terrible place to stay!
