I recently stayed at a hotel that had its pros and cons. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning and heating systems worked flawlessly. However, the room was a bit on the smaller side, considering the price. Moreover, the bed frame protruded quite a bit, which caused me to stub my foot multiple times.

“Will not be returning”

My experience at this hotel was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the property is newly renovated, equipped with air conditioning, has ample parking, and is conveniently located near Lake Arrowhead Village. However, the walls were disturbingly thin, and the lack of soundproofing was a major issue. On the first night, our neighbors in front of us were extremely loud, and despite texting the hotel's contact number, we received no response.

“Dehumanizing, dystopian nightmare – avoid at all costs”

I'm still fuming about my recent stay at this hotel, which was an absolute nightmare. The self-check-in process was dehumanizing and felt like something out of a dystopian novel. The lack of staff and assistance made it feel like I was navigating a bureaucratic maze. Upon arrival, I was left standing outside in the cold for over 40 minutes, trying to get access to my room. The room itself was a soulless, depressing space with horrible lighting.

“我不想再住”

I was initially impressed by the hotel's amenities, but my stay was marred by a frustrating issue with the internet connection. Despite the hotel's efforts to resolve the problem, it remained unresolved, and I was left without a working connection for the duration of my stay. When I reached out to the hotel, I received no further response, which was extremely disappointing. The lack of internet caused me a lot of inconvenience, and I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed.
