“態度親切但環境髒亂、管理也較為隨便。”
The reception staff had a rude attitude. The environment felt messy, possibly due to understaffing; if it were just old items, it might have been acceptable, but the maintenance was clearly poor. The room was dilapidated, filled with mildew, and the tatami had been used for years, shedding dust that stuck to everything and even pricked feet. The management style seemed casual; I had booked a Japanese tatami room but was given a four‑person room with four single beds instead. Even after switching rooms, the original Japanese room was still the one I had booked. The four‑person single‑bed room was also awful, with a private bathroom whose tub was full of black stuff that seemed like old cracks but actually meant it hadn't been cleaned; a rinse would wash it away. The in‑room sink was convenient, but the hot water was yellow, indicating rusted pipes, so I couldn't use it. On the last day, when I went to the bath, there was no hot water; showering in 0°C weather was painful. Even though I could book through Booking, the hotel did not respond to my inquiries, making confirmations and arrangements very difficult.
“非常方便省心,性价比高。”
Standard Japanese breakfast and dinner, so I didn't have to worry too much about those meals. The location is just a few minutes' walk from the station; I took Line 1 from Tangchi Station to Seibu Koto Station and returned via the train from (Shallow Bay) Station to the high‑speed rail station. The hotel has plenty of hot water and natural hot springs.
