City views are visible from the room, which also includes air‑conditioning. Two double beds accommodate up to four guests, and a seating area with a sofa provides additional space. The private bathroom contains a shower and a bidet, while a flat‑screen TV, electric kettle and parquet flooring complete the amenities.
The price was reasonable, but the hotel sits in a noisy area full of scooters and derelict buildings, and the thin walls let you hear everything outside and even your neighbors' activity; the bed linens and towels were stained and had hair on them.

The family room was split into two levels; the lower level was warm, while the air‑conditioner on the upper level worked well.
“saya kurang berpuas hati”
I liked the way the guest rooms were arranged; they looked brand‑new and nice. However, the staff seemed indifferent to my reservation, forcing me to wait for the room to be prepared even after the check‑in deadline – I arrived at 1500hrs and wasn’t allowed inside until after 1600hrs. The hotel sits in a problematic area and lacks dedicated parking; guests must pay RM 20 to use the designated lot and cannot access the hotel directly from there, having to exit the parking area and enter through the main lobby door. It also appeared the property was still under renovation. While I appreciated the interior décor, the staircase placement could be improved to avoid future accidents, and the water pressure was low.
