The location is spectacular, close to shopping centers and the main city access points. The top floor with the pool is amazing, a great place to relax and enjoy the view. For those visiting Florianópolis for work, it’s a very good place to stay.

The room is spacious and clean. The gym has old treadmills. I know most guests will run or walk along the city’s waterfront, but when it rains (and it rained a lot during my stay), it’s not feasible. An upgrade of the equipment would bring it up to the hotel’s quality.
