We stayed 5 nights at Podere Gozzuto and overall the experience was positive; the property is surrounded by greenery and tranquility, perfect for escaping routine and relaxing. The apartments are very large and spacious, a rarity nowadays. We also enjoyed the well‑maintained pool and the large barbecue provided for guests. A special thanks to the owner, who was always kind, available, and ready to help when needed. Unfortunately, the access road is a major drawback: the rear is heavily damaged, with potholes and dirt sections that can cause trouble and concern for motorbike riders. At night, the complete lack of lighting makes the path even less reassuring. Another surprise was the total absence of basic necessities in the apartment; we found no water bottle or small items like oil, salt, or sugar, which many agriturismos and vacation homes usually provide as a welcome gesture.

“Accogliente”

The apartment was very large and clean, all new furniture, a spotless pool, a convenient balcony for eating outside with a nice table, and the location is fantastic near the Follonica water village and the sea; we’ll return for a longer stay.

The location is perfect, surrounded by green, with an excellent pool and spacious apartments, though the rooms are not very sound‑proof.

The pool and the apartment with a terrace were great, but the beds were a bit uncomfortable.

“Incantevole soggiorno immerso nel verde”

The spot is charming, surrounded by green, clean and well‑maintained; the apartment is spacious and has everything needed for a comfortable stay, ideal for a family with small children, about 20/30 minutes from the beaches, and with a very calm and relaxing pool, though it is shallow. The access road is full of potholes because it is a country road, but once you arrive on the property you forget about it.
