The staff were very polite, friendly, and welcoming. The accommodation was beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and clean. The design was meticulous, modern, and the location was excellent. The ground floor has a beautifully decorated restaurant and bar serving exquisite cuisine. Nothing negative.

The place sits in a great spot, and the indoor onsen plus fireplace really stand out. Floor‑heating keeps the room toasty on cold days, and the restaurants around are easy to find. The staff are friendly, though their English is only basic, and because there’s just one room in the whole building, privacy is excellent.

The bath was awesome and the location was spot‑on. The room was tidy, the beds were heated, and it was the most comfortable place I’ve slept in at a hotel. The balcony gives a view of the main tourist spot.
