The access was good, but the restaurant staff were rude; I was traveling with three kids (13, 8 and 6) and they acted as if I had only booked one room, even though I had reserved two rooms for four adults. When I showed them the room key, they just ignored me, which completely ruined our mood.

The hospitality and services left a memorable impression, honestly I could stay another week; overall the management and services are excellent. It is true that the breakfast is undisputedly the best continental breakfast I have ever had, with over 50 choices of food and beverages ☕️ 😋, and I will visit again soon. The location is fabulous, from the Mall to the mosques and other amenities around it…super Duper.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with a standout breakfast spread that offered a wide variety of options. However, my room wasn't as clean as I had expected, and the age of the hotel's interior was quite noticeable. Despite this, the breakfast was a highlight of my stay, and I appreciated the effort put into creating a delicious meal.

The breakfast at this hotel was truly impressive, with an incredible variety of dishes to choose from. Unfortunately, there weren't any notable issues during my stay, but the abundance of breakfast options was definitely a highlight.
