The stay was amazing; the staff were very kind and helpful, and their English made a big difference. Nguyen Duc Long was extremely helpful and hospitable—highly recommend!

Quinny was fantastic, arranging our Ha Long Bay cruise and even helping with a trip to Mai Châu, which turned out to be one of my favorite spots in Vietnam. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. It’s a solid spot to drop off luggage, head out on an adventure, and return before heading off again. We ended up coming back three times—keep up the great work.

The hotel is very well located for exploring Hanoi and does the job, but it’s not spectacular. A one or two‑night stay is fine, but the bedding, room quality, and upkeep fall short compared to other accommodations at similar prices during our travel dates.

Thao was very helpful and kind. I had an issue and it was resolved immediately. The bed is very comfortable and there are plenty of facilities to use.
