The new chalets were great, the location was convenient, and the owners were helpful—we hope to come back soon; the place is beautiful, but we noticed a lack of outlets inside the chalet, no lighting near the fridge, and with kids we missed shared kitchen items like a microwave, a small oven, and a sandwich maker.

Boa localização e cama confortável. Quarto muito escuro, com poucas lâmpadas. Chuveiro fraco, vaso que entupia a toda ida para fazer número 2, pia que é um balde enferrujado, literalmente. Sem um local fechado para fazer refeições quando está frio e chovendo

The location is very good, quiet, and close to the Caparaó National Park; the staff is also very attentive, especially Wagner.

The chalet feels like home, the garden is beautiful, you can watch the birds in the morning and see the starry sky at night from the hammock—an excellent, quiet place to relax. The location listed on the booking site was wrong; the correct coordinates are (-20.4328450, -41.862286) or https://omaps.app/4PAyvRYUli. The ad promised a coffee maker, but it’s actually an electric stove that takes forever to heat water, and the coffee cools completely before it’s finished brewing. A proper electric coffee maker would be faster and keep the temperature. The shared kitchen area is not very functional, with few utensils, and it seems more designed to look pretty than to be used.

The town is great, the inn is comfortable, and it’s near the park, but don’t follow the GPS—it sent me down a shortcut on a dirt road.
