The breakfast is missing, which is fine in Rome, but there is a coffee machine, tea, and water available 24/7 in the lobby. I got caught in a heavy downpour and the towel dryer in the bathroom isn’t electric, so it doesn’t work in summer; I had to dry towels with a hair dryer, which is inconvenient. The only thing that needs fixing is installing an electric towel dryer in the bathroom.

The staff were excellent—very friendly and attentive all the time (they even sent a message to let us know the 80‑year‑old parents had arrived ❤️ and helped them throughout). The place was very clean and the location was great. Everything was to my liking.
The staff were the most helpful, rooms were spotless, and beds and pillows were very comfortable. A self‑serve coffee, water, and snack station made mornings easy and kept us hydrated. The team went above and beyond, giving us extra towels and even letting us use a shower room after check‑out before our late afternoon flight. The location is close to everything, and they supplied a list of local restaurants and spots to explore.
