There was no commitment, no customer relations support, no breakfast, the electricity failure lasted for days, promises and lies were made but nothing was resolved.

The hospitality and customer service were excellent, room 2047 was clean and nice, a fresh new place. Nothing else to add.

The modern hotel room was a good size for the two of us and had a small balcony; it was quiet, clean, and had good air‑conditioning, offering good value if you don’t plan to spend much time in the hotel. The breakfast was quite poor, with very limited options and seemed like an afterthought; we only ate there on two of the four days, so it was passable for those days. The hotel itself is small with limited facilities: no sun loungers by the pool, no restaurant for lunch or dinner, and we couldn’t get drinks after breakfast (not even milk to make coffee in the room).
